We accept group reservations. In order to assist large party needs, as well as, our normal dining business these additional banquet room policies must be followed:

> Parties up to 12 guests may order off the regular dining menu. A private room will not be accommodated unless the Banquet Room Polices are followed. At The Diner’s Banquet Room may not always be available and we advise all guests to kindly make a reservation in advance to ensure space and service will be easily accessed for you and your guests. A 25% deposit of the total bill may be required for parties with 25 guests or more.

> Parties of 13-60 guests are required to set-up a plated meal, a limited choice
menu or a buffet (for 25 or more guests only) for their hosted event. One bill is
required where 6% sales tax and 18% service charge will be added to the final total.
The final guest count must be given 3-days prior to the event and the host will be
responsible for the final guest count during payment.
> A private room is available for events with 25 or more guests. The private
banquet is based on 2 ½ hours of room time, which begins when host(s) and/or
guests enter the room. This will allow for adequate set-up or decorating time for the
host(s) of the event. A 20% service charge will be added to private banquets and will
include a welcome station of Oj, Coffee & Doughnuts for Breakfast guests and
Punch, Coffee & Cookies for Luncheon guests, as amenities.
> Hosts requesting a private room for less than 25 guests will be charged $25/ ½
hour, as well as, 20% service charge and will include private room amenities.
> Groups with 25 or more guests requesting the private room longer than 2 ½
hours will be charged $25/ ½ hour.
> Hosts requesting a private room only (i.e. No Meals Ordered) will be charged
$100/ hour and will include private room amenities.
> Our Media Center is available for a $35 use charge and includes any of the
following options: 8’x6’ LCD projection TV, 5.1 Bravia surround sound, DVD player,
IPod dock, Power Point and Vista Windows Media programming. All
accommodations must be reserved prior to event date.
> After business hours are available for groups of 25 guests or more. A 20%
charge for after hour’s service and banquet room time policies will apply.
Due to compliance with industry Health Codes we will not be able to permit outside food and beverages. Leftover meals during banquet parties consisting of groups with 25 guests or more will not be packaged.
