availability and capability to cater your event.

>       Guaranteed Guest Counts are required 7 days prior to the booked event.  Guests
may then be added, but not decreased

>        25% Deposit, based on the total guaranteed bill is due upon Booking

>        Deposits will be taken off the Total bill and are non-refundable

>        6% Sales Tax & 20% Charge for Off-Premise Catering is added to the total bill

>        Final Payment Arrangements are required prior to the date of the event—

CATERING POLICIES
Due to compliance with industry Health Codes food leftover from the event will not
be packaged.
